they won't restore peoples cards they lose by accident even though they did before (RtG/PCC cards don't count in this), they won't put in a lock feature for cards to prevent them from being lost, there are TONS of other bad choices they've done that would probably exceed the post limit..the game has went from a really fun not having to pay a single dime game to pretty much pushing people to pay to progress.
