I can tell you that Luxembourg is a really cold country, in a sense of weather but also the people, you don't see a smile on the bus people are very very closed, but when you settle, you can live a pretty good life, you'll make good friends, the living costs are pretty high but so will be your salary if you have a diploma 'twill will be even higher, you can always try, if you r not really into nightlife you will be ok, the country is very little so you can visit different countries on the weekend if you are into that kind of stuff :)
