Each color has its own pros and cons.. With black bezels, it's a lot less distracting to watch videos (though I've found that at night, having the white frame makes your eyes strain less.. God knows why), but the white bezels hide fingerprints a lot more.

You should also adjust the optics individually if you are using a binocular scope to have each eyepiece at perfect clarity - if one eye is out of focus that can give you quite a bit of eye strain.
