Well thats kinda a weird requirement, if you want to train your body for it, SOLPM is a great way to go, but if you just want to keep trying until you get it, i'd recommend just practicing chair freezes and lots of shoulder stretches, then try to hold a side chair once you feel confident, then when you can hold a sidechair for a bit, move your arm to the back of your ribs and try to airchair, i'd recommend just looking at the SOLPM airchair and double airchair videos just to know what stretches will help you most.
