I guess you could resleeve them randomly and face down between every game and it would work, but I don't think I'd let someone do something like this because it's either going to be unfair or just too time consuming.

one thing you could you is to Download a card frame or something, print it off and sleeve it in front of land, whenever you need to make a token, pull it from the sleeve, write it down on the template and resleeve it.

I thought I could make a fun project out of it by using paracord to resleeve them, but I'm not sure if it's worth resoldering the cables (you have to cut them for the top two cables to be resleeved).
